Vito, son of Dina. Dina married the resident Mr Big (Magnus) and they went on to have 3 children, Vito is the eldest. He is married to Monica (formerly Bratford, a playable from the Greek house at Sim State University).
Both are perma plat knowledge loving Sims so are not wish fulfilling.
Mario is Vito's brother. He was a twin but his sister Arianna died as a teen in a tragic house fire.
Mario is a romance Sim who is also permanent platinum.
Granddaughter of Dina (and child of Vito & Monica) is Maria, she is the chosen heiress of the house. Her brother Eduardo married Celeste Lothario as we saw earlier this round.
Family loving Maria found her true love Charlie Oldie-Hanby in college, also a family loving Sim. Whilst Maria wishes to be Top of the Law Enforcement career, Charlie wishes to see 3 children graduate and so they waste no time trying and succeeding in hearing baby chimes.
The youngest of Vito & Monica's children is Elsa. Enjoying private school and games she is a sociable little thing.
Let's see how they get on in round 12.
Maria tries to enjoy a game of chess with her Mum but is a terrible cheat. :D
She visited the nearest store to try on some new formal wear before making a decision.
The first death of the week is little dog Jake, the family inherited him from Nina after her death. If you recall I was going to move Maria into Nina's villa but as a family Sim I decided there wouldn't be enough room for her and Charlie's future family. The Caliente cats, Darcy, Liza & their newly grown kitten Charles mourn also.
Later, guests start to arrive in their finery for the wedding.

Mario spends much of the party dishing out roses to placate some of his former lovers.
Maria & Charlie have already enjoyed their wedding night before the party is over. :D
Ever the party animal Mario goes off on an outing with best friend Sandy Bruty and party.
Charlie wanted a job and so took the Science career. He brought a friend home on Tuesday and a promotion to Top Secret Researcher.
Although primarily a fitness fan he enjoys spending time in the greenhouse and earned a Silver Gardening badge.
Maria is a Police Chief, she brought home a friend...
and a surprise! Baby stage 1.
Today is Darcy's turn to go to the great beyond. He and Liza had 11 kittens together.
As one goes, one grows. Little Elsa has her teenage birthday. Her big brother Eduardo is here (alien pregnant) and his wife Celeste as well as other friends.
This gorgeous girl rolled Popularity which fits her personality very nicely! She wishes to be Captain Hero, like her big sister Maria (whose hair has changed to braids during pregnancy I notice!).
Double celebrations saw Mario become an Elder.
He changed his hair and clothes before entertaining guests. Maria is dancing with her friend Stephen Hsu, who she chose to grow up with her.
Mario had aged up his friend and lover Sandy Bruty. He still just wants the friend with benefits though!
Elsa is a cheat at chess just like her sister so in the end she makes eggplant juice to gain the skill she needs for her teen career.
Mario brings home his vampire townie friend from work.
Late on Wednesday it is decided that Mario will move to the Senior Residence where we will catch up with him soon!
Charlie reaches TOC and has nice hours now, just working 3 late shifts a week.
Maria gives birth, bit of a shock to all the friends who have come home with various family members!
A son Juan joins the family and a new baby is tried for immediately.
It takes a few attempts as the ghosts of Magnus & Dina keep interrupting but chimes are eventually heard!
Maria can now fly to work. It's still cool to watch after all these years. :D
Elsa hits a big wish when she secured her 5 best friends.
Pregnant again Maria uses her voodoo doll to make a new friend in Eliza Broke. She had come over with husband Adam and friend Lucas Burb.
Ages ago the Caliente's adopted little Goofy the toy dog. But to be honest the family (ok, me) kept forgetting about him and so the Animal Control came to take him away.
Charlie can now fight with Monica & Vito to talk to the trees!
Juan turned toddler, love his red hair.

He and Monica spend their days in the garden, catching up with friends, helping out with childcare and looking forward to the next grandchild but deciding to move some art pieces now there is a toddler in the house!
A new kitten joined the family, only to be Katty Caliente who must be some relative of Charles' already. Darn, I didn't think that through, was hoping for a mate for him.
Elsa got all the skills she needed and chose to leave for college early. How hilarious is her grow up outfit? :D
If I don't direct Monica & Vito to do anything they always end up in the spa! Not a bad way to spend a Sunday though.
Maria taught Juan to walk.
She tried to have an afternoon nap but her Grandparents ghosts' had other ideas for her!

Twins! Little Rafael & Sofia join the family and how nice that Grandma Dina is around to see that. ;)
That's where we leave the family for this week.
It was quite baby oriented but still fun with the ghosts of Dina and Magnus causing mayhem (at least 2 sims had 'accidents' upon being scared).
I admit wishes kind of went out of the window mostly this week but I am trying to stick to those and fears, which are certainly harder to 'fulfil'!
Next we're off to the Broke family, Happy Simming. :)
