Goth- Round 12- House 2

Welcome back to The Goth family here at Goth Manor.

Hans Goth is the son of Cassandra Goth. He lives here with the rest of his family, let's meet them...

Hans himself- a practising Warlock. He is a Family Sim, an Ecological Guru and he enjoys Science and Gardening.

Hans' wife, Ivy (nee Copur, former Townie). She is a Knowledge Sim who works as a Space Pirate and who enjoys Sports and making clothing.

Hans and Ivy had 4 children together, twins Wednesday & Fuller, and Morgan and Mardy.

Twins run in this family as Campbell here is the twin of Hans. He is a Professional Party Guest who follows the Pleasurable things in life and enjoys Tinkering in his spare time...

Campbell did get abducted some time ago and produced a son of his own, Pluto, who is a Family Sim with a wish to have 3 children graduate college. He loves nature.

 Wednesday, the only daughter of Hans & Ivy and 'heiress' of Goth Manor. 

She is a Family Sim who is working her way up the Paranormal field. She enjoys Cuisine.

 Wednesday married Juan Lothario. I wonder if her Grandmother Cassandra would be happy or jealous that a Goth finally snagged a Lothario?

Wednesday and Juan produced a son, Gale.  Gale is a 5th Generation Goth. Gale enjoys keeping fit.

Now we've met the family let's see what they get up to in this week...

 Pluto really want to join the Garden Club so he has his Uncle Hans help with getting things ship shape while the Garden Club members come for inspection.

Yes! First attempt for Pluto and he is accepted as a member. He can enjoy the perks of cheaper plants as well as the very useful Wishing Well. Of course he immediately wishes for love, being a Family Sim who wants to fall in love...

 This young lady, Marylena Hamiton falls from the sky and is immediately snogged by Pluto. He's in love, for now. 

 If you remember last round poor Juan does not get on with his in-laws at all. Maybe his Grandmother Cassandra spread gossip about his Dad Don and he's tarred with the same brush...

Poor Gale gets very upset when he sees his Grandparents picking on his Dad. He saw his Grandad Hans whip his wand out and cast a spell in his Dad's direction...

 Oops that's some nasty spell Hans shot at Juan.

Happily that 'bug' didn't last long and Juan was able to fulfill his and Wednesday's desire to woohoo.

  Luckily the ghost of Nicholas (husband of Cassandra) came out for a spot of night time cleaning. :D

Hans fulfilled a fear when he burnt a pie.

 Ivy wished to fish, she didn't catch a boot, which was her fear but gained Silver Fishing anyway.

Campbell flirts with most women who walk by. I'm fairly sure Erika Jayalapan is engaged but anyway...:D

Pluto became an overachiever when he reached the top of his teen career. He still wishes to go to college so is working on his scholarships.

 Hans may have been expecting a chili con carne for dinner but Wednesday fancied cooking a Baked Alaska.

She managed to serve it without setting fire to herself or anyone else and the family enjoyed the nice dessert.

 Pluto reached max potential in Gardening and can now talk to his plants.

This is Alegra, a dog that Campbell wished to adopt. Now half the Sims in the family are wishing for a puppy. :)

 Hans heads off for his last day as an Ecological Guru. He will reach 70 before his next shift (a week later) and will retire this week.

Wednesday comes home with another promotion.

Aside from his in-laws Juan does get on with the other members of the family. He and Campbell particularly enjoy playing pranks on each other.

Pluto gets fit and works toward another scholarship.

Campbell invited another love interest over and they went on an outing...

 As impressive as his date's dealing was...

Campbell still came home the biggest winner.

 He finished off his latest portrait.

 and added it to the wall where he now sits alongside his twin Hans and sister-in-law Ivy.

On the other wall sits Wednesday. It seems Grandma Cassandra is sorry she missed last rounds' engagement. 

 

Scaring your kids is always fun right? :D

It's Ivy's turn to kick back and relax now her working career is over...

The whole family and some friends are over to celebrate Gale's birthday. 

(Must be lots of Sims in the same career, heh).

 Gale grows up.

The dice chooses Popularity for him. LTW- General. Looks like a love of Sports and Fitness might help. :)

Whilst enjoying his cake he looks over and sees Lowry Burb, he'll look to get acquainted later on when his Uncle stops talking about food.

 Who is this who has arrived?

 Awww, his parents got him a puppy for his birthday!

Just as he settles her into the garden, ghost dog Grizzle comes out and scares him so bad.

He cleaned himself up before having a quick chat with Lowry before his party came to a 'happy' end.

As I don't have the file for his glasses anymore I had to change his look, he doesn't look too happy about it does he? Ungrateful sims.... 

Yay Wednesday reached the Top of the Paranormal career. 

and her Dad joined her Mum in retirement. Hello freedom!!

On Saturday Campbell decided it was time to leave home... He has gone off to become the first Sim to live in the Senior Residence where we will visit soon.

Gale tried to get friendly with Meadow...

That didn't work so well when he got rejected for asking her on a date.

Ivy doesn't like to email. She can't get her head around this new fangled stuff. 

 The teens spent the weekend earning skills, 

and dancing... :)

Gale reached top of teen career and became an overachiever.

Hans flits between being a Neutral and a Good Warlock. Currently in his 'good form', though perhaps not for long...

"Now where's that good for nothing son-in-law, is he ready for another 'HEAVUS HO' spell"?

Sorry Hans, he's just about to leave the lot with Pluto and Gale...

They went to the hobby lot so Gale could fulfill his wish to win a dance competition!

Later that night Juan earns another promotion. It won't be long before he's at the top of the field like his wife.

There's just enough of the week left to say farewell to Pluto as he heads to college! See you in the dorm Pluto!

Summary;-

Quite a fun week at the Goth house. I had both Hans and Pluto tending the garden the whole time the Garden Club members were there.

Poor Juan got the brunt of Hans mean spells a few times, heh. He is improving his relationship with Ivy though!

The house is getting too overcrowded and I want the Senior Residence up and running this round so Campbell will hopefully be joined by a few sims by the time I play it!

I wonder if Popularity sim Gale will join his second cousin Pluto in Uni next time?

I do need some population control but the first 3 houses I've played all have Family Sims who wish to procreate!  You'll see more of that in House 3 which will be blogged soon!
