Welcome back to the Bruenig Household!
This was the family home of Beau Broke, he married Marsha Bruenig and took her name, he passed on last round but Marsha is still here, (the elder). Her daughter with Beau is the adult Brie along with her husband Amin, a former maid. They have twin daughters, Emme & Dauphin who are teenagers.
Marsha if you recall is the annoying npc child who comes home with most kids from school and permanently calls on the phone. Luckily her friendship with Beau was formed right when they began school and the rest as they say, is history.
Marsha never had an aspiration of course being a Sim who grew up with Beau as a teen and so the aspiration object to change personality made her a Grilled Cheese Sim. Hence why they live in a house of cheese and I've tried to keep all their colours grilled cheese related. Marsha got her LTW to eat 200 grilled cheese sandwiches which is no mean feat and I don't think her family have ever eaten anything else in their lives. :D
Marsha and Beau also have a son, Cam who has come by for a visit with his wife Blossom Moonbeam.
This is a very sociable family, both Brie & Amin are Popularity sims and Marsha is happy of course if anyone talks the cheese with her, or a bit of gossip.
You know when you get that Sim day a week where everything happens on one day? Well, it's still Monday and that's the day. The Headmaster is over for a visit as Dauphin is a Knowledge Sim and wishes for entry to his private school.
Perhaps you spotted Amin in the top of the last picture, he has fulfilled a Lifetime want and now is permanent platinum meaning no interference from me, unless he's really stupid. :)
Just after that a new puppy arrived for Pepper, a boy called Sage.
and then... as Marsha just got to the top stair showing the Headmaster a tour of the house, the Grim Reaper appeared for her!
eeek, bad timing!
Everyone cried.
and then, if you could believe it, Beau's ghost made an appearance for the first time just as the Headmaster had settled for after dinner coffee! Thankfully he did not scare anyone.
Dauphin got a nice wish fulfilled when her and Emme were accepted into the SimCity Academy.
Pleasure loving Emme (whose LTW is to have 50 Dream Dates) decided to sneak out with her good friend Andy Hanby.
Not sure why the lighting is so bright in these pictures! The lot did a few funny things light wise for a couple of days, but it almost looks like an eerie mist, so let's go with that. :D
Knowledge lover Dauphin wants to become the Hand of Poseidon. She hasn't shown any love related desires but that doesn't mean she can't make friends.
Even though she's a pleasure Sim Emme too has to study, both teens have jobs and so need to earn skills for promotions and the college wishes they both show.

After he bathed himself he then gave the newly Elder Webster (partner to Pepper) a good bath.
Brie is a Game Designer and came up with a brilliant plan at work to introduce Aliens to a game she's working on (whatever could that be?!), she earned herself a 65K bonus when presenting it to her bosses.
Young Dauphin bought a friend, Jihoon Shahan home with her.
Emme asked Andy Hanby round for their first official date (sneaking out doesn't count).
She wasn't too impressed with his twerking.
But was soon smitten,
ahhh, young love. 💕
Amin bought his friend and newest resident of the neighbourhood, Karen Long home from work, but being totally mean he did not want to talk to her! How this guy has any friends is beyond me. :D
He preferred to play with Sage the puppy instead whilst Andy Hanby dropped off a bouquet for Emme. Goodness Andy, babies on your mind already? At least finish your education first!
As a Knowledge lover Dauphin could 'summon aliens' and got her wish that night.
She got a happy memory and a nice scholarship for college!
She may tease her sister but they are the best of friends!
Pepper is pregnant again but that doesn't stop her getting a job.
Amin trains her in a skill or two.
Emme reached the top of her teen career and got a nice scholarship.
For the first time in forever the family eat Lobster!

Emme and Amin went to Gladrags to buy some Autumnal clothing.
While he chats to lots of people Amin doesn't seem to get on with any of them.
oh dear, he does not have a good reputation.
Emme and Andy enjoy a second and more formal date.
The girls are enjoying private school but will be heading to college really soon.
It's all they think about.
well, that and dancing.
Brie is still making best friends.
Yes! Another scholarship in the bag Dauphin! A Tsang footwork award for all that fancy dancing.

On Thursday two new puppies are born to Pepper and Webster.
a male and female, Basil and Rosemary.
Basil is sent off to adoption and we'll keep Rosemary for a while. The reason being that when Sage grew up he is an exact replica of Pepper and I'm curious to see if Rosemary will be too.
Emme and Dauphin went to college! They joined a new dorm and I added Andy Hanby in from the student selection. We will catch up with them soon!
Brie dressed a bit warmer for the Autumn.
She is enjoying making new food and excelled herself with this Berry Pie.
which went down a storm with her guests when she threw a party on Saturday.

No one has tended the garden Beau loved so much so Amin gives it a go, he's not very keen though.

Brie enjoys petting, cleaning and generally looking after her dogs.
Pepper celebrates joining the Pet Corps when she reached top of career on Sunday morning and earned herself 10K.
But it's party time again.
It's Brie's Elder birthday!
She kept her custom hair and looks pretty good!
of course Beau didn't want to miss out on the fun. Does he miss the art or does the art remind him of his grilled cheese wife?
he comes down in the middle of a funky smustle dance and scares poor Wednesday Goth.
which leaves just Amin and Brie in the home, with the dogs of course!
Summary:-
Actually a fun filled round with lots going on.
Poor Marsha, I knew she was close to the end last round but that timing could have messed up the Head's visit! (score was 40/31/12 +10 for coffee making it a nail biting 93/90)
Marsha did leave inheritance to 27 sims and was 83 days old so did very well in her cheese lovin' life.
I haven't figured out the genetics with the big dog/small dog. I figure they will either have a large or small dog but didn't expect the puppy to be an exact replica of it's mother. They've had 7 puppies now but most are in the adoption pool so I'll have to grow them up at some point and see how they turn out.
Amin will follow Brie into Elderhood within a few days next round, perhaps by which time maybe one of the twins will have graduated college and returned. Watch this space. :)

That was an eventful start of the week for the family! I didn't expect the Headmaster's visit to be successful after that, but the coffee seems to have saved the day - never thought of serving coffee during such a visit.

My game is having a bit of a rest this week, I am just too screen-tired after work and rather get out for a walk before having my tea, and afterwards, just crash out on the settee :-)
There are a few bonuses that help the Head score, you can also get 10 points from the bar or hot tub, the latter being too time consuming for my liking.
